As a GMP, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified factory, with knowledgeable in-house product development and engineering staffs, we can offer you a turn-key service in design solutions and manufacturing continuing to logistics and distribution management. We are specializing in single and multi-shot plastic injection molds and moldings.
1981
Products Development Department was established, specializing in plastic injection molds manufacturing and trading business.
2000
Reliance Design & Manufacture Corporation, located in Tainan, Taiwan, was established as a manufacturer for plastic related products. Products Development Department merged with Reliance Design & Manufacture Corporation.
2000
started two-shot injection molding to produce two-shot mouthguards for athletes.
2004
started three-shot injection molding to produce three-shot mouthguards for athletes.
2005
expended a new product category, making contact lens case.
2009
registered as an ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified.
2012
registered as a GMP certified factory and CE certification as well as 510K FDA approval for contact lens case.

One of our production capabilities is contact lens box. Product is made in compliance with GMP, FDA and CE standards and requirements. With 35 years of engineering experience and knowledge on exporting plastic injection molds, we have made and shipped over 1,300 units worldwide with molds weights ranging from 50 kilograms to 60 tons a unit. Abide by the applications of CPK & PPK process, we have been supplying quality precision parts, such as stamping parts and powder parts and automotive parts since 1996.
